Sizes
We specialise in Metric and Metric Fine fasteners. There are generally used on all Japanese and many european motorcycles.To measure the length of a bolt or screw then you generally measure UNDER the head. This is apart from countersunk screws when the overall length is needed.

Stock Levels
General
We carry a wide range of fasteners. Certain items need to be manufactured, both in the UK and also in the Far East. If a certain item is out of stock we will send the nearest alternative. Clearly if this is not acceptable to you we will be happy to exchange for an acceptable alternative or make a full refund.
Refunds and Returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect as a result of an error by MrMegapack..
Wrong Sizes or Unwanted items
Buyers must contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
- We will not accept returns if the items have visible signs of use ie: has been used;
- Buyers must contact us via email (orders@mrmegapack.co.uk) regarding all returns and await approval from us
- Returns must be received by us within 28 days after the buyer has contacted us regarding the return
- All items returned must be in original condition/packaging and include a print of approval email from us.
- Orders returned for exchange will incur a re-delivery charge
- Refunds will only be given on items that are deemed faulty. If the wrong size/material has been ordered, then we will offer an exchange or credit note.
